This website describes a B2B technology and professional-education service. It does not provide mortgage, legal, tax, investment or compliance advice.
Website use
You may use this website to learn about MacAsh and request a business demonstration. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or submit unlawful or sensitive borrower information.
No mortgage activity
MacAsh Platform is not a lender or mortgage broker and does not offer, arrange or underwrite loans. Website content, chat and call demonstrations do not quote rates, determine eligibility, recommend products, accept a complete application or make credit decisions. Licensed professionals remain responsible for mortgage activity and customer communications.
No guarantee
Examples and descriptions are educational. MacAsh does not guarantee traffic, leads, appointments, applications, closings, revenue or any particular business result.
Founding offer
The website invitation is a request for a fit review, not an automatic order. Any paid service requires a separate written agreement identifying final scope, included usage, overage behavior, price, billing start, cancellation and support terms. Billing does not begin merely because someone submits a form.
Intellectual property
The MacAsh Platform brand and shared technology are owned by Duffy IP Holdings LLC and used under license. A demonstration or proposal does not transfer ownership or grant a customer license except as stated in a signed agreement.
Third-party services
The service may use HighLevel and other hosting, AI, analytics, customer-relationship, calendar or communications providers. Their availability, usage pricing and terms may change. MacAsh identifies material dependencies and customer-approved usage boundaries in the applicable service agreement.
