MacAsh Platform is operated by RevStack LLC under license from Duffy IP Holdings LLC. RevStack LLC is the controller for business-inquiry information collected through this website. MacAsh Platform is separate from Macash Home Loans LLC.

Do not submit borrower names, loan numbers, Social Security numbers, bank information, financial documents or other sensitive borrower information through this website.

Information we collect

When you request a demonstration, we collect the business or team name, your name, work email, team size, the message you provide and limited technical information used for security and operation of the form.

How we use it

We use this information to review fit, respond to your request, operate and secure the website, and maintain a record of business inquiries. We do not treat a form submission as consent to receive unrelated bulk marketing.

Service providers

We use hosting and a lane-isolated customer-relationship provider to operate the request process. They receive information only as needed to provide those services. MacAsh does not sell borrower data or operate a consumer lead marketplace.

Retention and choices

We keep inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for business, security and legal purposes. To request access, correction or deletion, email kevin@revstackapp.com with “MacAsh Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to verify the request.

Children and sensitive data

This B2B website is not directed to children. Do not send sensitive borrower, financial, health or identity information.
